On stand H155, Accelonix will be presenting live demonstrations focused on practical manufacturing challenges in electronics production. Visitors will be able to see real systems in operation, discuss concrete use cases, and evaluate solutions based on speed, process efficiency, and repeatability.

For inspection, a full AI 3D AOI system from Parmi will be demonstrated live, showing how an inspection program can be created in under 15 minutes using AI-assisted programming. This approach highlights how engineering time can be reduced while maintaining stable and repeatable inspection results, using real populated PCBs.

For cleaning processes, Accelonix will showcase a complete solution in partnership with DCT, covering stencil cleaning, PCBA cleaning, flux and coating removal. With equipment and chemistry developed by the same supplier, visitors can discover a consistent and integrated approach to cleaning, adapted to real production constraints.
