With EC fan motors, optimised gas flow and the intelligent ProMetrics software, thermal profiles remain stable while energy and nitrogen consumption are significantly reduced.
The VAC version adds an integrated vacuum chamber for formic acid soldering, producing flux-free, void-free and exceptionally clean joints.
The compact VisionXC completes the range, perfectly suited for flexible SMT lines.
A new augmented-reality demonstration at the booth will allow visitors to explore the optimised gas flow and experience the VisionX process innovations interactively.
CondensoX-Line: efficient vapour-phase soldering
The CondensoX-Line FA highlights Rehm’s approach to resource-saving vapour-phase soldering.
A closed-loop system enables almost complete recovery of the Galden® medium, lowering operating costs and conserving resources.
Combined with formic acid technology, it guarantees flux-free, void-free solder joints – an essential requirement for power electronics applications.
A notable highlight: the CondensoX-Line FA has been nominated for the Productronica Innovation Award 2025, underlining Rehm’s commitment to continuous innovation and process excellence.
Nexus: advanced contact soldering for power electronics
The Nexus contact soldering system sets new standards in vacuum reflow soldering using contact heat.
It is designed for advanced packaging and power electronic assemblies, such as IGBTs on DCB substrates.
Featuring process temperatures up to 400 °C (optional 450 °C) and the largest working area on the market, Nexus ensures void-free soldering with exceptional flexibility and cost efficiency.
Its integrated bubbler system uses formic acid as an activation medium, providing perfect wetting and clean, reliable joints.
Protecto: precision in coating and dispensing
The Protecto XP and Protecto XC systems combine outstanding process reliability with intuitive operation.
An integrated height sensor with Z-axis compensation automatically adjusts to uneven PCB surfaces, guaranteeing consistent coating quality even on complex geometries.
With the ViCON software, 2D programmes are automatically converted into 3D, enabling fast and efficient setup and seamless integration into modern production lines.
Hurricane: maximum flexibility for conformal coating
The new Hurricane valve extends the capabilities of Rehm’s coating technology.
Combining jetting, dispensing and spraying, it handles viscosities between 500 and 3500 mPas, ideal for rapid and even coating of large areas.
It merges the precision of jet mode (up to 250 dots per second) with the versatility of spray mode, allowing precise coating without overspray – and no need for re-tooling.
This innovation enables short cycle times and efficient coating of both large and selective areas, perfectly suited to flexible production environments.
RDS UV LED: compact, fast and energy-efficient curing
Another highlight is the RDS UV LED, developed for efficient and reliable curing of materials.
Its compact footprint, short cycle times and high throughput make it an ideal fit for modern production environments, combining productivity with exceptional process stability and energy efficiency.
